Guarantees
All animals will be
feeding and accurately sexed, unless otherwise noted and agreed upon.
We guarantee live arrival between the temperatures of 40*F-90*F, (with
appropriate heat/cool packs when needed) provided someone is there to
accept the package on the first delivery attempt. Please contact us
within 24 hours of receipt if the animal doesn't appear in good,
apparent health, and we will gladly replace the animal or refund the
purchase price of your animal, at seller discretion, once we receive
the animal back into our care in the same condition as it was sent.
Partial refund, with you keeping the animal, may also be an agreed
upon option for special circumstances. DOAs must be reported
immediately after receipt. Please freeze said animal. We reserve the
right to request pictures of, or the body of, the deceased before
replacement or refund is awarded, again at seller discretion.
Deposits
We will accept a 25% deposit to hold an animal for two weeks. If
after that time the animal has not been paid for in full, your deposit
is forfeit, unless other arrangements have been made.
Payments
All fees including shipping costs must be prepaid prior shipping.
We accept all major Credit Cards via PayPal (We ship to a paypal
verified address only!), US Postal money orders, Cashier checks and
personal checks (Both are subject to bank clearance - may take up to

Shipping
All animals will be shipped in a styrofoam lined box, unless other
arrangements are made.
We ship via Fedex Priority Overnight to your local FedEx Hub for
pickup for $90. This ensures the safety of the animal as Hub
deliveries are early in the morning and of course the drivers know
exactly where those locations are. Not left on a porch in the
sun or even worse at the wrong address. In the past we have been
able to ship via Delta Airlnes to your nearest major airport but
additional restrictions are in place that prevent most shipments. We
are happy to look into it on an individual case by case basis
but no promises. Expect Delta cost to be over $100. Larger/heavier boxes may cost more with either shipping option.
Weather Conditions:
Some orders may be held
back, if we feel it is too hot or cold to ship. Keep in mind - while
temps may be within acceptable ranges where you are, they may be
significantly different at either my location or in the case of
overnight shipments at the package sort location(s). Your package will be
shipped to you as soon as weather permits. Sorry for any inconvenience
but we will not ship under any circumstances where the animal would be
at risk. We will contact you prior shipping & provide you with
your tracking information.
